Your files don’t disappear after a week. They live in your own Culacc storage, so a link can stay up for months, or for good.

How you share
A minute from your files to a link.
- Sign inCreate a free account, or log in. Bigger than 5 GB? Add storage first.
- UploadDrag files or whole folders into My files. With the Culacc app, folders on your computer sync on their own.
- Press ShareOn a file or a folder, or on several you’ve selected. Pick View only or Can edit, a password and an end date.
- Send the linkCopy it anywhere, or send it by email from Culacc with a message.
You decide what they can do
Set it when you share; change your mind later by making a new link or deleting the old one.
View only or Can edit
View only: they look and download. Can edit: they also change the files, and every save is kept as a new version.
Password
Only people with the password open it. Someone who adds the share to their own Culacc with the password isn’t asked again.
End date
The link stops working when you say.
Folders that stay up to date
Share a folder and the link shows it with its subfolders. Add files to it later and they appear in the link too.
Send by email
Culacc emails the link with your message. It also appears in their Shared with me if they have a Culacc account.
Take it back
Delete a link and it stops working straight away. Your files stay where they are.
What the other person sees
A clean page with your files. No app to install, no account to view or download.
- Open and look. Photos, videos, music, documents, spreadsheets and code open right in the page, in the same viewers as in Culacc.
- Download one file, a folder, or everything as one ZIP.
- Add files back to you. What they add lands in a folder named after the share in your Culacc, marked with who added it.
- Keep it. With a Culacc account they add the share to their Shared with me, and can pick files from their own Culacc to add.
- A password, if you set one, is asked before anything shows.
Work on the files together
With Can edit, you and the person you share with change the same files. Nothing is overwritten for good: every save is a new version.
Everything stays under your control
- Edit your files in Culacc’s apps, Google Docs, Microsoft Office or Canva.
- See every version, who made it, and go back to any of them. The original is always kept.
- Set or change the password, the end date, and View only or Can edit, with a new link.
- Files they add show up in a folder named after the share.
Opens the link and gets to work
- Edits in Culacc’s apps (photos, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more) straight from the link, with no account.
- Edits in Google Docs, Microsoft Office or Canva after signing in to Culacc and connecting their own account.
- Saves go back to your file as a new version, with their name on it.
- With View only, they can look and download, but not change anything.
Want to keep their own copy? Signed in, they can copy a shared file or the whole share into their own Culacc, then convert, tag, move or publish it like any of their files.
Questions
Is sharing large files free?
Yes, up to 5 GB with a free Culacc account. For more, you add storage: €0.50 per 100 GB a month, plus the card processing fee shown before you pay.
Why do I need an account?
Because your files stay available for as long as you want. They’re kept in your own Culacc storage, not deleted after a few days, so you need an account to keep them, manage your links and see what people add.
Does the person I share with need an account?
No. They open the link to view and download, and to edit with Culacc’s apps if you allowed editing. An account is needed only to edit in Google Docs, Microsoft Office or Canva, to add files from their own Culacc, or to keep the share in their Shared with me.
How long do my links work?
As long as you choose: 1 day, 7, 30 or 90 days, a year, or no end date. You can delete a link at any time.
Can I share a whole folder?
Yes. The link shows the folder with its subfolders, and stays up to date: files you add to the folder later appear in the link too.
Why monthly?
You rarely know how long you’ll need something shared. Pay for the storage month by month, and change or cancel it whenever you’re done.
