Every Notion page, kept as a file you can open anywhere.
Culacc saves the pages you choose as Markdown, with their attachments, and keeps a new version every time one changes — in the EU.
A Culacc account includes 5 GB of storage free. You choose which pages Culacc can see, on Notion’s own screen.
Notion remembers your pages for as long as your plan allows.
On Notion’s free plan, page history goes back seven days. After that, an edit can’t be undone — and a page deleted from the trash is gone for good.
A page is overwritten
Someone tidies a page, and the paragraph you needed from last month is gone.
A page is deleted
Deleted, then the trash emptied — by you, or by anyone with access.
You lose access
A lost login, a closed workspace or a lapsed plan can lock you out of years of notes.
Markdown, because it lasts
Each page becomes one Markdown file, with its properties kept at the top, so it opens in any editor — today, or in ten years. Database entries are pages too, so each one is kept with its properties.
Attachments are downloaded while Notion’s links still work, and stored beside the page. When a page changes, the old file becomes a version, so last spring’s wording is one click away.

Set up in three steps
Connect Notion
In Culacc, open Settings → Notion and press Connect — or press Connect on Culacc’s page in Notion’s marketplace.
Choose the pages
Notion shows its own screen where you pick what Culacc may see. Change it any time.
Let it run
The first backup starts straight away. After that, Culacc picks up changes shortly after you make them.
Where your data goes
Pages and attachments are stored in your Culacc account, in data centres in the EU. Notion’s access tokens are encrypted, and Culacc only ever reads from Notion.
Putting pages back
Culacc doesn’t write into Notion. To bring pages back, use Notion’s own Import, which accepts Markdown files.
Questions people ask
Which pages does Culacc back up?
The ones you share with it on Notion’s consent screen — everything you share, unless you narrow it in Culacc’s settings.
How soon are changes backed up?
Shortly after you make them. Notion tells Culacc when a page changes, and Culacc waits for a quiet moment so it doesn’t save every keystroke.
Are attachments included?
Yes — images and files on your pages, up to a size limit you choose.
Where are the backups stored?
In your Culacc account, in data centres in the EU.
